WaterNSW has advised that Bendeela Camping Ground will reopen (fully) tomorrow…
Following the flood repairs and subsequent maintenance required, Bendeela will undergo a soft opening today, with the official reopening tomorrow.
The canoe portages are still wet, and we feel it is best to leave it another day to dry out before use, making them available for use tomorrow, Friday 12 April 2024.

WaterNSW has inspected Bendeela, and the extent of the flood damage and work required on the causeway and canoe portage, a re-assessment will be made on Thursday,11 April 2024, and an email will be sent with an update.

We have received the following notification from WaterNSW regarding a temporary closure of Bendeela Camping Ground due to the weather…
Due to potential flooding, Bendeela Camp ground has now been closed. We will be re-assessing the campground on Monday, and an email will be sent with an update.
