Re: KVCCB – SCC Property Sales Program

Apologies everyone.

“Lot: 20–21 DP: 22827 End of Cullen Crescent, Kangaroo Valley, 2577” is not up for sale.

Its category is “potentially strategic land proposed for master planning (not for sale)”.

Thanks Jacqui for the clarification.

Hi KV Community,

Are you aware that SCC are considering selling some council-owned land to help prop up their finances?

They have identified three packages of land in the Valley that could be sold off:
Lot: 105 DP: 264466 Jenanter Drive, Kangaroo Valley, 2577
Lot: 20–21 DP: 22827 End of Cullen Crescent, Kangaroo Valley, 2577
Lot: 13-14 DP: 900834 Moss Vale Road, Kangaroo Valley, 2577 (next to Broughton St)

More information (and a map) can be found here.

Council are conducting a survey to find out what we think of this idea as a way to recover from the financial state they have found themselves in.

Now is the time to have your say. To complete the survey, click here. It takes less than 5 minutes to complete. The properties in KV they have identified are questions 19, 33 and 40.

The survey closes on Thursday this week.
